Dr. Joy Kwakuyi Senior Pastor
Dr. Joy Kwakuyi is the Senior Pastor of ICGC Impact Chapel. He is a channel of hope and purpose. His passion is to help expand the Kingdom of God and also help others to be greeted with the words, “Well done good and faithful servant!” (Matthew 25:23) at the end of their lives. Dr. Joy became born again in 1988. After many years of dedicated service in Scripture Union Ghana, ICGC, and Lighthouse Chapel International, Dr. Joy enrolled and graduated from a Pastors Training Program held by the Daniel Institute of ICGC in 2015.
Dr. Joy is an Ordained Christian Minister in the State of Arizona and a Licensed Minister of ICGC. He holds two Bachelor’s Degrees, two Master’s Degrees, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Degree, and several certificates and licenses. He has distinguished himself as a pastor, teacher, counselor, medical provider, entrepreneur, and a writer. Dr. Joy established and runs the Tucson Treatment Center, Inc. and the Christian Marriage School, and he serves on the Medical Executive Committee of Connections Health Solutions.
He has travelled across Africa, studied in England, and now resides in the USA. He and his wife Lady Esenam Kwakuyi, with their three children (Elsie, Ellis, and Elton), made their home on the east side of Tucson and planted Impact Chapel in the year 2015. Dr. Mensa Otabil Founder & General Overseer
Dr. Mensa Otabil is a respected Christian statesman, a well-tested pastor, an educator, an entrepreneur, and a motivational speaker. He founded the International Central Gospel Church and oversees the multi-faceted network of ministries of the International Central Gospel Church worldwide, with its headquarters in Accra, Ghana.
He also serves as the Senior Pastor of Christ Temple, a ministry of the International Central Gospel Church, with multiple weekly services and a congregation in the tens of thousands. His overriding passion is to see the timeless principles of the Bible made applicable to the renewal and transformation of Africa and people of African descent. His messages speak to the pertinent concerns of a continent and people seeking solutions to their perplexing challenges.
Dr. Otabil is the Chancellor of Ghana’s premier private university – Central University. He also serves on several Boards and Trusts of organizations. He is committed to human upliftment and presents the regular inspirational radio and television broadcast – The Living Word. He has authored several books and he is a highly sought-after speaker at major conferences and mega churches around the world. He and his wife Joy reside in Ghana’s capital city of Accra with their four children – Sompa, Nhyira, Yoofi Abotare and Baaba Aseda.
